Indesign stürzt ab Update 2021

Indesign stürzt seit dem Update 2020 ständig ab. Dies geschieht immer beim Editieren von Textfeldern. Derzeit bin ich mit einer dringenden RZ beschäftigt. Woran liegt das und wann wird das Problem behoben? Und wie kann man das dann fixen?

did you try to delete your Indesign preferences?

to delete your indesign preferences:

1. (Windows) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files. ...
2. (Mac OS) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Option+Command+Control. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
