I cannot update further from 15.3.1 version. Every time I try to install any newer version, it crashes so I go back to that one. I have tried all the solutions I found in the troubleshooting page.

I have Windows 10 running and updated.

Any ideas?

Hi Axel,

please post the link to that troubleshooting page.

Maybe there is something else you could try.

Will the crash occur during the installation of InDesign 2021?
Or will it occur when you start up InDesign 2021 the first time?

Have you tried uninstalling your current version via the Creative Cloud application? Then re-install? Sometimes this will kick in the current version.
