Indesign: suddenly it's impossible to move objects

neither textframes nor pictureframes can be moved. on the net it is recommended to reset the default settings. But this did not help.

Is this in one file or in all files?

What version of InDesign and what operating system?

Are the objects on a master page and you are on a body page? Are the objects locked? Is the layer that they are on locked?
