Indesign tables

I have tables in InDesign and I had to adjust the colum width but now the header on the last column is not aligning with the copy in that column. I can't figure out how to adjust the header. Notice of it is slightly offScreen Shot 2021-03-16 at 2.47.44 PM.png

Click on the blue header—is there a first line indent or a left indent on that paragraph? Is it centered in a merged cell?
