Hello all,

The last few weeks our users have a lot of trouble in getting InDesign to start properly. Whenever they click the icon nothing happens. The cause is always the same: A rogue process of InDesign.exe is still active, not responding, and without an open window. The only way to close it is to force close it in the task manager.

We believe this issue started since either the latest InDesign update or the latest Windows 10 updates. We're currently at W10 version 2004.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Is there a way to fix this?

Many thanks in advance 🙂
