InDesign will not open

My InDesign will not open I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have InDesign 2020, still does not open. Can anyone help me? This just started in the last few weeks.

Which version of the Operating System do you have?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?i

I was trying v15.0.2, but I have unistalled that and tried to go back to a previous version (14.0.3) that used to work... Now I cant get anythign to open InDesign, Illustrartor v 23.1.1 or Photoshop v 20.0.8.

They all bounce in the task bar like they are opening but then never open, when I go to task manager it just says not responding so I force quit and I cant ever get anything to open, I have tried opening a document instead too...same thing 😞 When I first try opening any of the apps I will get this message but again it still doesnt open.
