InDesign won't export to EPUB reflowable

Finally found the issue: Too many hyperlinks in the endnotes section. (I prepared an InDesign file as usual yesterday, but when I tried Export to EPUB (Reflowable), the rainbow circle started spinning. I had to force quit multiple times. Seems to be the document itself. I tried a different project's InDesign file just now, and exporting to EPUB worked. Then I started over with a new InDesign doc and copied/pasted a few chapters. Exporting to EPUB got the same result. Spinning rainbow circle!)

Presumably you've applied paragraph and character styles to all text and exported to ePub 3?
