Im using Indesign 2021 and everytime I try to export my work I get the error message: 1 problem found with background task, and it simply wont export. There are no errors in the doc, my app is up to date, I've tried re starting the program and my computer muiltiple times and the error still occurs. The error is occuring on both my imac and macbook, Running on macOS Catalina.
Are you testing the exporting of the same file in all these situations? Could the problem be with the file itself? If so, try exporting out another file to better isolate where the problem may lie. Good luck.
