Hi, I am unable to see the column bar at the top. I have tried everything, removing extras but nothing helps.  Can yu guys please help.

Hi Anchal, i did not quite understand what column bar are you talking about. What are you trying to do? Your screenshot seems to be fine

Do you mean the Text Frame Options and the Balance Columns icons?

These will show up after the paragraph and character formats if there is enough room on your Control Panel. This will depend on your monitor resolution.

You can change your monitor resolution.

Or you can customize the Control Panel: From its menu at top right, choose Customize…

Or the same options are available in the Text Frame Options dialog (Cmd/Ctrl+B).

Hi anchalkataria292,

an alternative for the Control panel can be the Properties panel.

Available, as all other panels, from the Window main menu.
