Is there a possibility in InDesign, like in Word, that you can create a column for a text that you can edit over and over again without it being firmly anchored in the master page?

Well, yes and no. As you seem to already know, any object on the master page will appear on every document page with that master page applied. But in order to edit it on the document page, you have to override it. Many attributes of that frame will still apply to the document page (appearance attributes), but text content not being one of them. So once overridden you can enter whatever text you like. It might help for you to explain your ultimate goal here so we can better assist you.
