Hello,

I know it is in Danish but maybe some of you know the globe icon?

It tells me to 'check out' each time I want to edit. What can I do to remove this? I have no idea what button or feature I have activated..

Bob's right, what you're seeing is InCopy stories linked to your InDesign layout. If you no longer want to use the InCopy workflow, open your Links panel, select all of the .icml files and then choose Unlink from the Links panel menu.

It is not something you could do by accident.
