InDesignCC 15.1 PDF export problem

After exporting files in PDF/X3 out of InDesign 15.1 all paper white pages appear black when openened in Adobe Acrobat. When I open the same file in Preview every page is correct.
What can I do?

You should check with your printer what specs s/he requires, but normally PDF/X-4 is recommended .

when in Acrobat Pro DC go to section:
Print Production > Output Preview

Can you share a screenshot of that together with a view on the whole page?

If you enable the Preview: Object Inspector instead of Preview: Separations and click on the page what will show up in the window?
