I have an index for a catalog I am working on.
When I generate the index, there are items in the list that are incorrectly labeled as though they are on certain pages but they are not on these pages.
For example, one item says that it is on page 267, and on page 285, but it's only on 285. Originally it was on 267 but I moved it.
Now the kicker, I already updated the preview and the list in the book document is correct, but when I generate the index, it adds extra pages and items.
Any idea what might be going on? I'd appreciate any advice!
