I would like to insert a mailbox Wingding after each instance of "Welldynerx-FL" and "Welldynerx, LLC" in my document using GREP in the Paragraph Style, if possible. Is this possible? Is there a different way to automate this action?

No, not with a GREP style. GREP styles are limited to formatting.

You can do this with a Find/Change. See https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/adobe-indesign-cs4-cs5-replacing-text-with-icons-really-fast-3....

The differece is that you would find Welldynerx-FL and then change to Welldynerx-FL^c instead of just ^c so that you have the text and the icon. Repeat for Welldynerx, LLC.

If I already had the character inserted after the text, could I use GREP to identify it?

How would I do this?

Using GREP, ~a represents an anchored object. So to find Welldynerx-FL followed immediately by an inline image, use Welldynerx-FL~a.

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my question.

I need to clarify my last question, though. If I have "Welldynerx-FL -" and want to isolate the "-" following "Welldynerx-FL" using GREP to change the character style, what would tthe GREP look like? Can this be done?
