Last page first line base move to page top margin

I have an indesign document well formed. I used to do corrections in XML and re-import the XML back to the indesign document. Once I reflowed the text and check the last page will be getting annoyed with first line base moved to top margin and if there is any change done or adjust the textframe, the text comes to its original poistion. Could any one help to solved the unexpected text heads up the page margin.

Can you share your indesign file & XML that you are importing with screenshot of what kind of problem you are running through.
