Hi,

We have identified a problem and posted a fix in the article here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Please, use the Libraries installer provided in Solution 1.

Let us know if that resolved the issue for you.

Thank you,

Hi, can you confirm what library software you reinstalled?

did you update or install anything new that could cause the library to stop working?

Do you know where the library was saved? Is that a location you can still access?

Hi Eric and thanks for you quick response.

I have tried:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-pro...

The library was saved in: user/library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries and yes, I have access in this location. I have more libraries in this path and another libraries is working fine.

The same library we use, in my company, between workmates and another persons it's works.

In the same computer this error in Adobe inDesign 2020 doesn't show it. It's works fine. The problem is only in Adobe InDesign 2018 and 2019 but unfortunately our customers works in 2018 version 😞

Eric now my workmate(licencia08@addvantage.es) has opened another post in this support. Please Could you use this post?

It's better for us.

Thanks!

Hello, have a look at this post 😉 Reset preferences should be the solution.

We are looking into ways to fix the problem, will keep you posted!
