Limited number of indd in an indb for export to PDF or Epub?

I have a book that is around 200 documents. Every time i try to send it to PDF or Epub it only lets me have 130. I found a work around to the PDF (make two combine in acrobat) but the epub I have no work around.
So am I doing something wrong?
Is the system limited?
My computer?
Or is there a setting that I can't find that will fix this problem?

Hello, I have the same problem. My epub only captures the first 128 chapters of 184. Did you find a fix for this situation?
