Lines are too thin for my bad eyes

The column lines and the handles are too small for my eyes. Any way to make them thicker? Thank you.

My serious answers: (1) Change the resolution of your monitor so you're viewing larger screen pixels and/or (2) get a better prescription for your glasses.

 

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the thickness of those elements in InDesign.
