I found some on the adobe site but it is in landscape.

Can be done to any size – upright, landscape or square. Interactivity though will be limited with PDFs to internal and external hyperlinks.

Maybe InDesign's Publish Online might be worth consdiering.

Here's a link to an excellent online video tutorial from Linkedin Learning on creating Publish Online documents (you can 30-days free access).

If you know how to create InDesign documents it's easy to produce these documents with Publish Online that can include multimedia content. But they have to be hosted on Adobe servers.
