Mail Merge with Intelligent mail bar code

I have a client that is wanting us to do a 10000 pc mail merge with variable data. While I can handle that piece they are wanting us to print the intelligent mail barcode (USPS Bar Code) on the piece as well which matches the recipient's address. Is there a plugin or guide on how to do this?

Any help would be appriciated.
