Media sound and control Indesign 2020

In Indesign 2020 when we add a multimedia file, we are supposed to be able to modify the sound parameters and the control parameters, as on those screen shoot found on https://helpx.adobe.com:

In my Indesign impossible to find this panels, here is a screen of my media panel:

Why I can't find sound and control in my Indesign?

Many of those options were for SWF files only. Anything related to SWF has been removed since it's effectively dead.
