Media window gets bigger and bigger

I need to use the media window in indesign (window > interactive > media). It starts at normal size, but each time I interact with the window (klick on it, drag with mouse etc.) the window scales up a bit. So after 4 interactions with the window I do not see anything but a large media window spreading all over my two screens. Very anyoing, I cannot resize the window and performance goes way down. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend updating Windows and Graphics Card driver for optimum performance and stability.
Another suggestion would be to try resetting the InDesign preferences. You may try steps provided on

https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/setting-preferences.html

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh
