Missing button "New Folder" in Indesign 2020 while "saving as"

Issue with adding "New Folder" while "Saving as" in InDesign 2020 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

WHERE is the button "New Folder"?? ADOBE please bring it back!!!!!

I don't use Catalina any more but I don't think the New Folder button got moved when I went to Big Sur. It should be at the bottom left corner  of the dialog as shown below:
