Hi everyone,

After installing InDesign 2020, it seems my Getty plugin is missing. It's not listed under extensions, but Creative Cloud says it is downloaded and installed.

Any advice? Is it just that Getty needs to make a new plugin for 2020 and I am out of luck until then?

The listing of the extension on Adobe Exchange says it's supported for version CC2020 in InDesign. Are you sure you are on version 2020 and not 2021(the latest version of InDesign)? If it's CC2021 then you will have to wait for an update from the developer for things to work and if it's CC2020 then try reinstalling, if that does not work then contact the developer for support.
