MP4 in interactive pdf doesn´t work

Hi, can anyone help me on making mp4 video roll on interactive pdf exported from Indesign 2021? Pdf is opened in Acrobat Reader DC but there appears to be only a low-res image where the video should be playing.

You need to change your Acrobat preferences to not use Flash Player. Even then it's going to be hit or miss.

There are currently some known “anomalies” in the February release of Acrobat that make any video problematic. Acrobat Engineering is aware of the issues and are working on same now.

If possible, use Publish Online instead. PDF is not a good format for interactive documents in general, whereas Publish Online supports *all* of InDesign's interactive features. Some good examples here: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection
