Quelle est la meilleur façon de gérer la multilangue d'un document papier pour l'impression? Utiliser un seul document avec 1 calque par langue ou 1 document par langue?
Y a t il un logiciel gratuit type EESYcatalog pour gérer le worflow des langue?
If the document is illustrated with colour images, have each language text printed in black and on its own layer so it's one plate change per language (allow for the extra space different languages occupy).
I agree with Derek, but want to emphasize the design of the document has to be such that the text can be on it's own layer/plate. If text is, for example, in color over images, you may have to look at separate files. If you can share a sample of the document, we can give you more specific advice.

Pour répondre à la deuxième question, je connais de nom SDL Trados, mais sans l'avoir jamais testé (et ce n'est pas gratuit). Quant à la première question, je suis du même avis que Derek.

What do you mean by “book”? The file that allows you to synchronize styles through various InDesign documents? Yes. And if you mean the printed object, you have to hide the layers of the languages you do not want to be printed before exporting the file to PDF.
