My Shift and Alt Key aren't working.

Hello,

my Shift and my Alt Key stopped working. Other Shortkeys are working. Especially for Scaling Objects and Fast Dublicate I need the both keys. Can someone help me with this?

Which version of InDesign and OS?

Presumably they work correctly with other applications.

This sometimes happens when some other application interferes with the shortcut. Have a look at the following discussion
