Hola, llevo 1 día entero intentando entrar en Indesing o Illustrator, siempre he entrado con este ordenador, no ha habido problema nunca, pero ayer abrí las apps y no me deja porque pone que no tengo conexión y no pueden ver mi estado de la suscripción (cuando si que tengo conexión). He probado a hacer lo que me recomienda en el mensaje emergente, que es ajustar la fecha y la hora, pero no noto ninguna mejora, necesito las herramientas para trabajar, por favor ayudadme.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & Adobe apps? When was the last time you were able to use the apps? Did you make any recent change on the computer? Have you tried checking your Antivirus or firewall settings?

While performing each step, please make sure that InDesign and other Adobe apps are closed.
