No puedo abrir la opción de poner botones en PDF interactivo

Hola, tengo un problema con los botones, no me deja abrir la opción para editar y agregar botones. Se abre unos minutos y se cierra automáticamente, tengo que reiniciar el programa para poder usarlos pero sucede lo mismo. ¿Podrían por favor decirme qué podría ser y cómo lo resuelvo?
