Norton security blocking indesign from opening

I have a problem on windows 10. If I open and close indesign it will not open again unless I restart windows but if I disable Norton security  before openg indesign  the problem goes away

Thanks for reaching out. You'd need to connect with Norton & take their help to resolve this concern. You may also create a new user account on your machine and see if you have similar issue there. Let us know how it goes.
