Object/Insert HTML change frame to 1920 by 1080 effets video embed

I am embedding HTML code through the Object/Insert HTML method and want the video to open at the full-page resolution (set to 1920 by 1080). The HTML code is set to 100% height/100% width. When the HTML snippet appears, I have to manually enlarge the frame to 1920 by 1080. When I render the file, the controls are too small. It seems that the frame for the Object/Insert HTML is too small. Is there a way to change the setting of this frame/page? Or is there a way to manually insert the HTML code into a page without using the preset Object/Insert HTML?

Here is a screenshot when the same code is pasted into the web browser direct. The play button is the proper size. The play button appears even smaller on an iPhone.
