On roll-over doesn't work as it should

I am working on a interactieve PDF and used the buttons "On Roll Over". But the actions keeps jumping back to "On Release or Tap". Also if I make an interactive pdf and roll over the concerning button it has to turn in red text and goes back to black text when roll off, but instead the buttons keeps in red text. I've tried a lot of different things, but it won't help!!

Keep to simple hyperlinks, rollover buttons won't work on smart phones and tablets.
