Thought it would be great if ID could add a "Skip Master Pages" option check box to the Spell Check and Find/Replace dialogs.
Master Pages sometimes contains Lorem Ipsum, or place holder text that may not need to be checked. Add adding "No Language" setting to the placeholder copy means you have to change it to your preferred language on the pages, which destroys workflow. Having a button to skip these pages would be very beneficial.
If anyone has any other current solutions that would be helpful.
Thanks!
Hi LosoTheDesigner:
We have a button like this for Find/Change but not for Spell Check, and you have already identified the way to get around it (setting the language to [No Language]).

Instead of using placeholder text, you could set up Object styles with paragraph styles assigned to them. That way, you could have empty text frames on the master pages that would have the correct type styling applied when they were used on the document pages.
