For the sake of clarity, based on the screenshot provided by the OP, the question is… "Is it possible to put more than 10 pages in a spread?". As Bob Levine has already pointed out, the answer is no. InDesign limits you to 10 pages in a spread (not sure why but that is a lot of pages). You could however bypass this limitation by building a single page large enough to accommodate all of the individual pages that need to appear on the spread and position them manually. Technically this would be one single page, but the net result would be the same.

Another option is to use Illustrator to create artboards and treat them as pages. I just created a document with 20 letter size "pages".
If you use this method, you need to click on More Settings and change the arrangement of the artboards. AI can flow text and can use paragraph/character styles (albeit not a powerful as InDesign's).
