Pages icon with blue bounding line around each

I am new to InDesign C3 and cannot figure why the Pages Icon of my book are bounded by a blue line. Can you help?

What is "InDesign C3"? The current version for subscribers is InDesign CC 2020.

Well, yes, but since you can't buy CS3 and can't even activate an old copy, it's a little surprising to find anyone new to CS3.
