Paragraph style: border vectorization, lines desappear

Hello!
I'm working on a file, and the printer ask me to vectorize everything.
The problem is that I've paragraph-style in the text. And this paragraph-styles have some border/lines.
When I vectorize texts with paragraph-styles, all lines included disappear...
Is there a solution?

I assume by "vectorize everything,:" you mean outline fonts. 

The problem is in your printer. You should not have to outline fonts. If you can, you should try to find another printer.

 But if you absolutely have to use this printer, you should use Acrobat to outline:
