Hi Cheum,

I guess you are on InDesign version 15.1.0.25.

With that version "Share for REVIEW" borrows the page range from the PDF Export (Print) dialog.

So if you recently exported only page 1 of a document "Share for REVIEW" does only share page 1 ( spread 1 in fact ).

Solution 1:

You can go to your PDF Export (Print) dialog and change the page range to All Pages, export a PDF so that InDesign remembers the new range, go back to "Share for REVIEW" and do a new review of the document.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. If you export your document as PDF and select the number of pages there and then Share for Review, it'll share only those pages which were selected while exporting. Make you select all pages while exporting to pdf before sharing it.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

Solution 2:

There is a new bug fix version of InDesign available soon ( maybe within hours ) : 15.1.1 where "Share for REVIEW" always will share the whole document. Regardless what the page range in PDF Export (Print) says. So update as fast as you can.
