PDF Exports ONLY as Spreads

I just upgraded to an M1 Mac and I'm using the InDesign Beta.

I'm exporting a book as a pdf and no matter what I do the book exports only as spreads instead of single pages. I've tried both a Print .pdf and an Interactive .pdf and when it opens in Acrobat it's exporting only spreads.

Note that it is not exporting reader's spreads but regular spreads. Below is an example. This is a screenshot out of Acrobat that I have as reader's spreads but you will see InDesign is not exporting as single pages (this screenshot is four pages total. Two spreads side by side.)

It's hard to tell from that photo - is that the InDesign spread? If so it looks like a single page.

Or is the screencapture from Acrobat?

The only reason I ask is because the Layout view for Acrobat is set at Default. And if your Acrobat is setup to Default view Pages as two or up or as Spreads.
