Performance issues after updating InDesign to latest version

All Hotkeys and most other functions stopped working. Cant resize windows by double clicking or even selecting the option in the menu. Text boxes alway think theres overset tests when there isnt. Every update breaks some kind of vital function, Please stop "Improving", because you arent

Hi Kris:

What version did you update to, exactly? Please give us the specific version number, not "latest version".

Then let's move to the hotkeys. Reboot your computer. Only open InDesign. Are they working again?
