I have created a catalog for my customers. But I only sell through distribution. I would like to have a place where my customer can add their logo by swapping out an image. Is there a way to make a placeholder for my customers to add their logo? Or a "Fillable" image field. for clarification: I would like them to be able to do this after I have made my catalog into a PDF.

I haven't checked this feature with the latest version, but I don't think this can be done. There is a hack by creating a button but it's too complicated for non+techie users.

actually … this possibility exists since the advent of acrobat-dc’s 01-2017 release … but, it may not be exactly what you’re looking for?

discussion:

adobe’s feature summary (support for date and image fields in acrobat forms):

if  not … it  may,  at  least,  give  you  alternative  ideas  to  pursue.

Simply create an image form field. (This is really a button that has been set to use an icon and has an import icon script attached.)
