Just started on Tuesday (had no issues on Monday; use CC every day for work). When I have Photoshop or InDesign open and I try to Open a file or Place a file, the dialog comes up, but the only thing I can click on is the import option checkboxes at the bottom. I can't navigate to a folder or file, I can't hit open/place, and I can't hit cancel. I can't close the app normally, I have to force quit. I can get around opening a file by finding it in finder and dragging to the app, but I kind of need to place assets into my files.
2020 Macbook Air M1 running Big Sur, all apps and OSX up to date. Thought it was a rosetta issue because it first happened in Indesign but Photoshop is supposed to run natively.

Hi charmcat,
what exact version of InDesign do you use on your Macbook with the M1 chip?
If InDesign 2021 version 16.2 or below, check the new beta version of InDesign 2021 version 16.3 that is the first version that is not using an emulator for the old chip set that is Intel based.
