Playing an embedded video in an interactive PDF

Hello! Can anyone help me with how to insert and play an embedded video in an interactive PDF, since 2021 when they disabled Flash player? Thank you!

can't. do publish online. or make a link from the .pdf to the web where the video is hosted.
