Hello!

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
starting about 3 hours ago, my InDesign started to glitch. Whenever I open it, it would show me a loading pop-up window(looking similar to the account log-in pop-up window), and would disappear before it finishes loading. And then a few seconds later, it would pop up again. if I actively close the pop-up window, it would shut off InDesign entirely. I have this problem with all my Adobe software. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If anyone knows how to fix this that would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Euphraticaa,

thanks for the video. This looks like very much that your Adobe CC software is trying to verify the licence of your Creative Cloud subscription. And obviously it fails to proceede with a log-in or a query process.

I would go to the CC Desktop App, log out from your Adobe ID. Restart your computer. Visit the CC Desktop App again, log in with your Adobe ID. Only if you see all your applications listed in CC Desktop App start InDesign.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. I agree with Uwe. Activation/Sign-In window is briefly appearing before the app launch. I'd request you to follow troubleshooting steps given on this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) & let us know if it helps you out.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

Ashutosh
