I am trying to print a booklet in InDesign with a 9" wide by 7" high spread on 8.5x11 paper. I have crop and registration marks printed but the front side of a page has the marks in a different place than on the back side of the page.  They are about 1/8 of an inch different with each page (based on the crop marks) 7/8 inch from the left side of the sheet of paper. I specified that I want the page Centered in print settings > setup > page position.  Any ideas of why or what other settings I should check  Attached is a copy of the print summary

I suspect the issue is not with InDesign, but with your printer. Some printers will center inside the printable area, and if their margins aren't equal, that will offset your pages. I suggest creating a PDF with crop marks included, and use Acrobat to print a couple of pages as a test, making sure Acrobat has "Actual size" selected instead of anything else (i.e Do not use "Fit" or "Shrink"). If the results are the same, it's your printer that is misaligned.

Thanks, Roaring Mouse Graphics.  I created the PDF from InDesign, then took that PDF and printed as a booklet from Acrobat and it worked.  Both sides of the page are in registration and I was able to create my project in the form I wanted.  I'm not sure why the booklet works in Acrobat and not in InDesign but I'll go with the way that works.  Thanks again!
