Printing on short edge to Xerox Phaser 5550 doesn't work

We have Creative Cloud for Teams...

I have a user printing from Indesign to a Xerox Phaser 5550 (black and white) printer. When she prints a two page document to the printer and selects to print duplex on the short edge AND more than one copy, the printer doesn't print duplex. It does print duplex if she only prints one copy.

I am able to print multiple copies, duplexed on the short edge, of a document from Adobe Reader (from a different workstation).

This is new behavior since about a week ago.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can the user with the issue duplex print multiple copies from another application then InDesign?

Is the user printing from the latest version of InDesign CC (2018)?

What is the operating system the user is printing from?

Is the latest Phaser 5550 driver installed on the user's system?
