Problem Excel-Verknüpfung in InDesign

Hey 🙂 ,

ich arbeite an einem Prospekt mit Tabellen. Diese Tabellen sind in Excel erstellt worden und mit InDesign verknüpft. Die Verknüpfung mit InDesign funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Layout wie die Tabelle auszusehen hat, habe ich in InDesign angepasst (Kopfzeile fett, letzte Spalte ist rechtsbündig gesetzt, da dort die Preise stehen etc.).

Das Problem ist jetzt nur, wenn ich den Wert (z. B. neue Preis) in Excel angepasst habe, verknüpft InDesign zwar automatisch die Excel-Tabelle neu, aber ich muss ständig die Kopfzeile fett und die letzte Spalte immer wieder rechtsbündig setzen. 

Kann man das irgendwie einstellen (in Excel oder InDesign), dass die Formatierung beibehalten wird?

Ist das überhaupt möglich?

Wäre für eure Hilfe sehr dankbar!

InDesign's Table Styles can definitely help.

1. Define paragraph formatting styles to set the bold and alignment for headers, right column, and other parts of your table.
2. Then define cell styles: they control the background shading and strokes on the cells, and can also apply a paragraph style. Define as many as you need to create the appearance you want for different columns and rows.
3. Then put it all together with a table style, which sets which cell style to use for headers, left column, right column and the main body cells in the table.

The Table Style should still apply even when you update the data from the Excel spreadsheet.
