I would try restoring your InDesign preferences:

After restart of Indesign problem is back. Starting every time with reset preferncies is not very good solution.

Sometimes, having recurring application preference problems are caused by corruption in your user area on a computer. Creating a new user area and running InDesign from that user may solve the problem. Worth trying.

I will try, so there is this problem only with window animate on whole Indesign, and what I know, Im not alone. Thank you very much anyway sir.
