Problem with text

Hi everyone, it's really urgent 😞 !
When I put a normal block (not a text block), even in background, with its layer background and padlocked, it's impossible for me to put text above. The texte refuse to be put abode the block, and then when The text block is out of the normal block, the text appears.
Please if someone know how to correct this 😞

Select the text frame, go to the text frame options (Cmd B [Mac], Ctrl B [Windows]) and tick “ignore text wrap”.
