Problems when trying to embed video (MP4 or URL)

Is anyone else having problems embedding videos into an indesign file?

This is what I'm looking at. I've tried using a URL.. Tried restarting - software is up to date... Help Plz

I'm running the latest InDesign update on CC.
Windows 10.

Workflow for this
File -> place -> select mp4
