Problems with headers masterpage

Hello friends,

Please have a look. The master page C-headers has problems and the text for the header "A Garland of Sacred Stroies" seems to be stuck to the top of the main text box. If I move the textbox for the header, the text seems to disappear. Please find the file and the screen recording

Your paragraph is aligned to the baseline grid.

You can select the frame e click on "don't align to baseline grid"
